
Quick Pavlova
I don't care where pavlova originated (New Zealand or Australia) - I just care that it did!
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla
4 Tablespoons boiling water
Method
- Put all ingredients in bowl expect water.
- Start beating then add water slowly.
- Whip together on high for 15 minutes.
- Place on ovenproof flat plate. Spray with oil or use baking paper.
- Bake in 140C for 1 hour.
- Leave in oven until cool
