Quick Pavlova

I don't care where pavlova originated (New Zealand or Australia) - I just care that it did!

Ingredients


2 egg whites
1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon vanilla
4 Tablespoons boiling water

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl expect water.
  2. Start beating then add water slowly.
  3. Whip together on high for 15 minutes.
  4. Place on ovenproof flat plate. Spray with oil or use baking paper.
  5. Bake in 140C for 1 hour.
  6. Leave in oven until cool
