
Debs Chocolate Pudding
No one precisely knows who Deb is, but this is a rocking pudding.
Ingredients - Pudding
1 cup SR flour
½ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
60 gram melted butter
Ingredients - Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cocoa
1 ¾ cup boiling water
Method
- Put dry ingredients in bowl.
- Mix milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter and add to bowl.
- Beat for 30 seconds.
- Place in greased ovenproof bowl.
- Sprinkle sugar and cocoa over cake mixture. Slowly pour boiling water over.
- Cook in oven at 180C for 30-40 mins.
- Should be firm to touch with sauce beginning to form bubbles on edges.
- Sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot or cold.
