
Butterscotch Pudding
A perfect sweet treat!
Ingredients - Pudding
1 cup SR flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons melted butter
½ cup milk
Mix together and place in greased overproof bowl.
Ingredients - Topping
1 ½ cups hot water
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons golden syrup
Mix together and slowly pour over the cake mixture
Cook at 180C for 30-40 mins.
