Scarf Style Tip

From the beautiful silk square to the skinny knit, the chunky winter favourite and the true statement scarves, there is a wealth of opportunity and creativity in the not-so-humble scarf.

Be bold when purchasing scarves - you should have a plain monotone colour, black or white silk square, several colours of skinny knit scarves to layer, a wide, chunky knit (look for a mix of colours in the knit to be versatile), a pashmina (as good quality as you can afford) in a jewel tone, and a beautiful, drapey, elegant scarf.

And then wear them!
Layer different colours and types.
Cinch them to your waist with a belt.
Tuck them into a shirt to imitate a cravat.
Pin them with fabulous brooches.
Loop them, wear them straight, wrap them around your neck.

You'll be amazed how many outfits you can find by adding a scarf.  And how many complements you will receive.  Have fun!
