A New Wardrobe

I feel like I constantly need a new wardrobe! With a new role opening up for me at work, I need to evolve my image. (It's Kate here by the way, Margaret is busy with lots of students at the moment.)

So yes, an evolution not a revolution.  I have to admit that part of that is because I got a new haircut.  A revolutionary haircut!  I have a stylised quiff/mohawk thing happening at the moment.  Which I LOVE.  The boy doesn't love it so much, but I do!

Being the exuberant person I am, I feel my wardrobe needs to reflect that.  I don't want to be the Cue Clone that exists out there so often.

I love long dresses and skirt - full length, not just mid calf.  And I like that volume/sleek combination.  Volume on bottom and sleek on top or sleek on bottom and volume on top.  With great shoes.  And another accessory.

So I think that is where I am heading.  More long skirts - the same style in different patterns.  More dresses - I love dresses!  And pencil skirts to go with blouson tops.

At least I have taken the first step of identifying WHAT I want my wardrobe to look like.

I just have to do it now.

Wish me luck!
